Appointments:
An appointment is required to be seen at the surgery. Please call our receptionist to make an appointment or book online.
Consultations normally last 10-15 minutes, however if you need more time, please discuss this with the receptionist when making your appointment.
It can be difficult to always run to time and delays are sometimes unavoidable. If the doctor is running late, the receptionist will inform you upon your arrival to the clinic.
If the doctor is running behind by more than 30 minutes we will try to let you know before your appointment time.
If your family member requires an interpreter service, we can organize this for you. Please let us know when you make your appointment
We do not accept walk-in patients unless it is a medical emergency. We keep a few appointments open each day for patients who are sick and need to be seen quickly.
To get access to these appointments please ring our receptionist.
Routine Consultations available from 9:00am Monday to Friday
Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 am
When unattended, a phone message will direct you to the emergency/after hours and home visit service GP Connect 8130 3333.
